INSURANCE COVERAGE

In this day and age, many of our patients have some type of vision coverage. Although it is not possible for us to be a provider for every insurance carrier, I feel that we offer a wide variety of options. Below is a list of some of the major plans we carry:

Some of the companies that we are not providers for will still pay a certain percentage on services and products obtained at our office. Some companies will reimburse directly to the patient. In those cases, the patient is responsible for their charges, but we will file a claim so that the patient can be reimbursed.
